Baptist pastor, Albert Wharton, was sentenced Monday Sept. 8, 2025. He will spend the next 8 years behind bars for dozens of sex crimes against children from the 80’s to late 90’s. Wharton was pastoring Victory Baptist Church in Richmond, VA.
