A pastor at a church in Clinton County has been arrested in connection with an ongoing sex offense investigation, according to police. Wilmington Police announced Silas Shelton, 48, has been charged with multiple counts, including rape, sexual battery, unlawful sexual conduct with a minor and gross sexual imposition.
