Kirbyjon Caldwell

After his six year prison sentence, Kirbyjon Caldwell, has been released. Caldwell was a pastor for pastor for Windsor Village United Methodist Church in Texas. Former Windsor Village United Methodist Church pastor Kirbyjon Caldwell, once one of the most influential religious leaders in Texas, is now serving the remainder of his prison sentence at home. Caldwell was sentenced in 2021 to six years in federal prison after admitting his role in a $3.5 million scheme that sold worthless Chinese bonds to investors.

His release to home confinement was revealed last fall in a Facebook post by his wife, Pastor Suzette Caldwell, who told followers that her husband had returned to Houston and was “doing well.”
