Conway Police have arrested the pastor of a Nakina church on sex crimes with a minor.

Devin Cyrus Carroll, 22, of Loris, was arrested Saturday for third degree criminal sexual conduct with a minor and attempted lewd acts with a minor between 14-16 years old. He is being held in the J.
