A Catholic priest in North Carolina has been removed from his duties and is facing felony charges after deputies say he allegedly arranged to meet a prostitute at his own church in the early hours of the morning.

It should be stated that unlike most of the crimes reported on this site, this crime is between two consenting adults. However, it is worth reporting as it does technically fall into a sex crime. The Catholic priest, Clemente Guerrero Olvera, was using a hookup app to meet up with the male prostitute.
