Rodney Locklear, the former pastor of the now-defunct Victory Church in Ruckersville, pleaded guilty to 12 charges in court on Tuesday. He was initially facing charges of aggravated sexual battery of a minor and abduction with the intent to defile.

Beyond the sex crime, Locklear also pleaded guilty to stealing church funds.

The church seems to have collapsed after his arrest, as it no longer seems to exist.
