CUMBERLAND COUNTY, Pa. (WHP) — Upper Allen Police arrested 76-year-old Roy Andrews, a youth pastor in Harrisburg, on April 22 after witnesses at a local restaurant reported “watching an older man sexually molest a young female child in public.”

Authorities state that Andrews was a youth pastor in the Hispanic Harrisburg church, “Iglesia La Feunta”, from 2014 to 2022. This is where police say Andrew became familiar with the victim.
