Radcliff was indicted in July for sexually abusing multiple young girls when they were just 3 and 4 years old until they were around 12 years old — many of whom are his nieces.

Radcliff is accused of making the girls, who are now adults, perform sexual acts on him and sexually assaulting them in other ways throughout their childhoods from 1987 through 2003.

Radcliff was originally charged with over 200 counts against children. His wife was also arrested as she was aware of his activities against the young children.

A spokesperson for the West Virginia Convention of Southern Baptists (WVCSB) confirmed to Baptist Press that John Radcliff II has served as pastor of Nettie Baptist Church in Nettie, W.Va., and Calvary Baptist Church in Bolair, W.Va. He resigned from the Nettie Church after his initial arrest in September.
